Delete your Yalla account.
Account deletion is initiated securely inside Yalla so we can verify that the request comes from you.
Request deletion
- Open Yalla and go to Profile.
- Open Account, then choose Delete account.
- Review any active commitments and confirm the request.
What happens next
Your account enters deletion processing immediately. We usually complete deletion within 24 hours and always within 30 days. You can check the request state from the app.
Data we may retain
Payment, refund, match, score, safety, and audit records may be anonymized or retained where operational integrity or law requires it. They are no longer used as an active player profile.
