You must be at least 16 to use Yalla. Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private, and provide accurate account information.

A reservation or match spot is confirmed only when Yalla reports it as confirmed. Prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr. Payment and cancellation outcomes follow the state shown in Yalla and the applicable policy.

Treat clubs, staff, and players with respect. Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, impersonation, spam, fraud, manipulated scores, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights. Profile names, avatars, scores, invitations, and messages must be accurate and appropriate.

You can report or block players from player safety options in Yalla. Reports are private and may be reviewed by authorized Yalla staff. We may remove content, reverse abusive activity, restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently remove an account when needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or repeated violations. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also lead to restrictions.

Levels and rankings support matchmaking and may change after eligible confirmed scores. They are guidance, not a guarantee of performance.

Clubs operate their venues and are responsible for on-site conditions. Players participate at their own risk and should follow club safety requirements.

By creating an account or continuing to use Yalla, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. We may update them as Yalla evolves and will present material changes where required. You can request account deletion in the app or through the public deletion page; active payments, refunds, safety reviews, and legal retention duties may continue until resolved.
