Cancellation and refund policy
The timing of your cancellation determines the eligible refund. The booking screen shows the applicable outcome before you confirm.
Full refund
Cancel more than 24 hours before the start time and the eligible court amount is refunded in full.
Half refund
Cancel between 24 and 12 hours before the start time and 50% of the eligible court amount is refunded.
No refund
Cancellations less than 12 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund.
Match does not form
If an open match does not reach the required confirmed lineup by its cutoff, it is cancelled and eligible paid players receive a full refund.
Club cancellation
If the club cancels the reservation, eligible paid players receive a full refund.
Refund timing
Yalla starts eligible refunds after cancellation is confirmed. Provider settlement time can vary; the latest state is shown in Yalla.
